Shipping

All of our products are sent via the Royal Mail or courier. We despatch all our stands within 24 hours of receiving payment. Usually items that are paid for by 12:00pm are sent the same day. All toppers are sent within 3-4 days.

Guaranteed next day delivery is available if the item is ordered by 12.00pm. Depending how busy we are we may be able to dispatch after this time. Please do not choose next day delivery after 12.00pm as we may not be able to offer this service. It is best to call us on 02920 813817 to check availability.

Cancellation

Items ordered can be cancelled at no expense, providing they have not been shipped.

Offshore and International courier shipments

There is an additional charge for deliveries, via courier, for stands sized 6 tiers and above to the following postcodes in the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, the Channel Islands and all other Off Shore Islands.

Offshore Island 1 (Northern Ireland)

For 6 Tier stands and above delivery charge to these regions is £22.33 up to 10kg then £1.09 for every kilo afterwards (i.e. up to 11kg would be £23.42) Two day delivery via courier.

Offshore Island 2 (Southern Ireland)

For 6 Tier stands and above delivery charge to these regions is £24.90 up to 31kg. Anything over 31kg would require twice this amount (i.e. 66KG would cost £49.80) Two day delivery via courier.

Offshore Island 3 (Jersey + Guernsey)

For 6 Tier stands and above delivery charge to these regions is £24.31 up to 10kg then £1.13 for every kilo afterwards (i.e. up to 11kg would be £26.57) Two day delivery via courier.

Offshore Island 4 (Channels Islands / Isle of Mann + Wight)

For 6 Tier stands and above delivery charge to these regions is £24.31 up to 10kg then £1.13 for every kilo afterwards (i.e. up to 11kg would be £26.57) Two day delivery via courier.

Scottish Highlands
