Delivery Information

Shipping

All of our products are sent via the Royal Mail or courier. We despatch all our stands within 24 hours of receiving payment. Usually items that are paid for by 13:00pm are sent the same day. All toppers are sent within 3-4 days.

Guaranteed next day delivery is available if the item is ordered by 13.00pm. Depending how busy we are we may be able to dispatch after this time. Please do not choose next day delivery after 13.00pm as we may not be able to offer this service. It is best to call us on 02920 813817 to check availability.

Cancellation

Items ordered can be cancelled at no expense, providing they have not been shipped.

Offshore and International courier shipments

There is an additional charge for deliveries, via courier, for stands sized 6 tiers and above to the following postcodes in the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, the Channel Islands and all other Off Shore Islands.
