Do you have a shop?

We have a small showroom attached which customers are welcome to visit.

Where are you based?

We are based in Taffs Well, just outside Cardiff in South Wales.

Do you rent Cake Stands?

No, we sell new stands at virtually the same price as other companies rent them for.

How quick can you make a stand?

Depending on what you require, we can despatch most products within 24 hours. Our most popular items are kept in stock. Items paid for by 12.00pm are usually despatched that day.

I need the stand tomorrow can you help?

We carry stock of all our cupcake stands. If you order and pay by 12.00pm we can send the stand for delivery by 9.30am of the next working day.

Can we collect from you?

Yes, we do allow collections but this must be arranged prior to arrival. Items can be paid for in advance or we accept cash and debit/credit cards. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.  Please present a printed order confirmation when collecting your goods.

What are the stands made from?

All our stands are made from an acrylic sourced from Germany. The stands arrive with the manufacturer's original protective covering on, so there are no scratches or fingerprints. The clear stands are crystal clear and the coloured stands are solid colour. Our disposable stand is made from white corrugated cardboard.

How are the stands sent?

All of our stands are individually boxed as a flat pack kit. They are sent by courier or Royal Mail.

Are they difficult to assemble?

The stands are very simple to assemble. Each piece slots together with out the need for any tools, glue, screws, bolts or strange fixings common with flat pack products. Similarly the stand can be taken apart and replaced in the box for for use at a later date.

Can we buy spare parts?

Yes, we have spare parts for all of our products. Our stands are all current so no problem with replacements parts if you loose or break a piece.
